HKG Three Runway System Project (Jun 2014)

Hong Kong International Airport is currently doing design work on the Three Runway System Project. They recently released a 4 minute video on their Youtube channel that shows more details of the Project. Click here.

The main elements of the Three Runway System Project include:

- Land reclamation

- Third Runway and associated taxiways

- Third Runway Concourse and associated aircraft parking apron

- Expanding the existing Terminal 2 and associated roadways

- Support Buildings

Automated Passport Control Kiosks for Arriving Passengers (MCO)

Airports across the United States are rolling out new Automated Passport Control (APC) kiosks. These have dramatically cut down waiting times at all the international gateways. The kiosks can be used by US and Canadian Citizens as well as people from ESTA countries.
