Hong Kong International Airport is currently planning and designing their third runway. This involves land reclamation, a third runway and associated taxiway system, satellite passenger concourse and support buildings.
The website is very comprehensive with many reports and videos. In my view, the public outreach is quite unprecedented for an asian airport.
